  The hotel is very spacious which meant that there was plenty of seating in the bars and plenty of sunbeds in various locations and lots of tables in the restaurant so no waiting.

  Just back from weeks AI and hotel was great and really big as you don't realize the size until you get inside. Food was same as all AI but always had something different to eat and fresh. Best thing was not having to go down too early for sunbeds as there were plenty and umbrella's for every two beds which was fab! Entertainment wasn't what I expected in the family lounge (just not that great) but after first couple nights we stayed at the piano bar where there was a singer every night plus waiters were really nice but would definitely go back ☺

  We are staying at the Best Jacaranda Hotel Costa Adeje. We are having a super time while those in England are suffering in the cold snowy weather. The hotel is a 4*+ the rooms are lovely , cleaned every day by lovely staff. The meals are fantastic, with so much variety, there is something for everyone and you can have as much as you want. The entertainment is good as we have won two bottles of carva sparkling wine taking part in the archery and on stage in the talent show. Will definately be coming back soon.

  As vegetarians, we always had sufficient to eat but when we requested a packed lunch we were given salami and only offered biscuits or cake as a substitute.

  The hotel ran smoothly and the staff were excellent. The pools and public areas were kept clean as were the rooms.

  Fantastic place for families with kids. Everything one needs for a great holiday. Definitely worth going all-inclusive and be stress free. Very good value for money.
